Hi i'm Ali!
I love helping clients get results. Seeing the transformations in their bodies and general health is very rewarding.
I’ve been a personal trainer since 2009 and have worked with clients who have had a variety of different goals. Weight loss, muscle gain, strength, mobility, recovering from injuries, training for endurance events such as marathons, cycling, rowing races and triathlons.
After becoming a mum and dealing with numerous issues during pregnancy and after both boys were born I have qualified as a pre and postnatal trainer. Since then I have helped mums and mums to be with all the changes that come with pre and post natal training.
My sporting background has mainly been rowing, cycling and triathlons. Now as a mum of two little ones, I’ve had to change my training and sports to suit my lifestyle. Training morning and evening six days a week as a rower doesn’t quite fit the family lifestyle! My body also needed a different style of training after giving birth. Rebuilding and strengthening the pelvic floor and deep core have been crucial to me coming back and having a much stronger foundation than I did before becoming a mum.
I’m driven to help my clients live a healthier lifestyle. Most of us know we should be eating, training and living in a healthier way, my job is to be your accountability partner to help you achieve it.
Qualifications
Registered exercise professional (REPs) level 3 personal trainer.
This included: Nutrition, Weight Management and Postural Assessment.
