Snack ideas to help you loose body fat
If you goal is fat loss, then your snack choices are very important.
The key with snacking is to keep your blood sugar levels as stable as possible. If you eat a high sugar snack such as a chocolate bar, you’ll get a surge of energy but shortly after you will get a sugar low, which will cause you to crave more food. Alternatively, if you eat a high protein snack such as hummus or a high fat snack such as nuts or seeds, your blood sugar levels will remain much more stable.
If you do want to eat carbs, such as fruit (which will also give you a similar sugar spike), it’s best to eat them with protein. Such as apple and peanut butter, or cheese and grapes.
