Hi, I'm Ali. I'm passionate about health and fitness and want to provide you with the best personal training experience available. That's why when you train with me, there are no premade programs or unrealistic expectations. All of my programs and workouts are tailored to your needs and goals. Along with personalised nutritional advice and detailed screening before exercise to reduce the risk of injury. All of this helps maximise your efforts. I'm driven to help you get results but I'm also here to look after you and make it enjoyable along the way!

We all have different pregnancy and childbirth stories, so our training after giving birth must be tailored individually.
Building a strong foundation through strengthening your deepest muscle groups can and will help you come back even stronger than you were before becoming a mum.
Before we start we will have an in-depth consultation covering everything from pregnancy, the type of birth you had, any complications and recovery up until now. We will check your abdominals for any diastasis recti and discuss your pelvic floor health.
From there we can put together a tailored 1-2-1 training plan to get you where you want to be.
Just because you’ve had a baby, doesn’t mean you can’t get your body back, or be as strong and fit was you were before your baby was born. You just need to make sure your core, pelvic floor and supporting muscles are strong enough to start running, lifting weights or doing high intensity training.
Typically PT’s recommend waiting for your 6 week GP sign off before starting to train. But in my personal experience my GP checked my babies health, but did not assess me after either of my children’s births. I would highly recommend seeing a women’s health physio for your 6 week mummy MOT. I can recommend one for you if you like. From there we can put together an individual training program suited to your recovery and goals.

I offer a 30-minute free consultation. This is so we can learn more about each other and I can find out more about your individual fitness needs and goals.
After a free consultation, I will put together a training plan based on your goals and how often you can train. This will make getting on the right track quicker and easier.
You can get started with my Introductory offer, which includes everything you need to get on the right track. After you have completed my Introductory package you can then buy session packages that include blocks of 5, 10 or 20 sessions at a time. The more sessions you buy at once the more you save.
The number of sessions with a personal trainer really depends on a number of factors, including your budget, availability, and need for accountability. On average, most clients meet with their fitness instructors for one to three sessions per week (an average of twice).
